Gerry will be speaking on March 22, 2011 at the NY Waldorf-Astoria Hotel under the auspices of BNA Tax Management.  His topic:  “Corporate Philanthropy – New Tools and New Opportunities.”

The 2011 Supplement to Gerry Treacy’s treatise on guardianship law, Washington Guardianship Law: Administration and Litigation will be published this summer by Lexis/Nexis. The treatise has been in continuing publication since 1986, and is now in its Third Edition. It is also offered online via Lexis/Nexis.

Gerry Treacy is working on another law book. This one is a treatise on corporate and business charitable giving. Details to follow.

Gerry Treacy has been asked to write an article on corporate philanthropy for the Puget Sound Business Journal. Gerry’s article will appear in an upcoming edition later this season; details to follow.
